Job summary

Brunswick seeks a third shift production supervisor in Fond du Lac, WI. You will supervise production employees, assign work, and drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. You will recommend improvements to methods, equipment and procedures, and act as a conduit for clear employee communications.

Requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, proficiency with Word and Excel, and strong people skills. Knowledge of UKG/Kronos is a plus; Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong employee relations management experience.
• Ability to coach, direct and develop employees.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor the four main metrics: safety, quality, delivery, productivity.
• Supervise daily production and lead front-line teams on the floor.
• Communicate professionally across levels and maintain clear employee updates.
• Staffing: review headcount, interview, and select candidates.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct audits, and address hazards.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean tools and root-cause analysis.
