Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage manufacturing processes at the assigned Wisconsin facility. You will provide leadership to teams, ensure safety, meet production schedules, and drive continuous improvement using COS tools.

You will promote teamwork across shifts and departments, maintain records per company policy, and support problem-solving efforts to reduce defects and waste. Strong leadership and Lean skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Metal fabrication environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing processes to meet production schedules.
• Promote safety culture and lead problem-solving activities.
• Maintain records to comply with company procedures and SOPs.
• Coach and develop production personnel for performance and growth.
• Identify opportunities for COS deployment and continuous improvement.
