Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong employee relations management experience.
• Ability to coach, direct and develop employees.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

Aufgaben

• Own the four main metrics (safety, quality, delivery, productivity/people).
• 75% time on the floor supervising production; 25% on administrative tasks.
• Lead continuous improvement using tools like 5S and root cause analysis.
• Manage staffing, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct incident investigations with EH&S.
