Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and cost-effectively.
• Manage PPE use to ensure safety standards are met.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
• Liaise with suppliers, managers, and other departments for coordination.
• Implement and adjust the production schedule as needed.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team.
