Job summary

Charter Casting in Shawano, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead daily manufacturing operations and develop a high-performing team. You will coach employees, manage performance, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or related supervisory roles.
• Proven leadership and employee development skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production staff through coaching, mentoring and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across shifts and departments.
