Jobot in Wisconsin is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a large production team, ensure cost-effective operations, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will manage production schedules, coordinate with procurement and distribution, and implement process improvements while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership preferred; strong MS Office and ERP skills are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven production management experience including scheduling, PPE usage, safety, and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of production machinery, processes, and quality control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee the production process, ensuring it runs smoothly and cost-effectively.
