Job summary

Charter Casting in Shawano, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift to lead and develop a manufacturing team in a core department. You will drive safety, productivity and quality while coaching employees and delivering results across shifts.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating with maintenance, quality and engineering, and advancing Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and grow employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating across departments and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees through coaching, mentoring, training and evaluations.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure goals are met.
• Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement, safety, quality and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and engineering for operational success.
