Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor III to lead and develop hourly production teams, delivering safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives across a busy manufacturing line in Edgewater, FL.

You will champion continuous improvement using lean tools, coach frontline leaders, manage staffing and timekeeping, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet schedule commitments and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics and drive improvements.
• Oversee a line with frontline employees and leads; manage staffing to plan.
• Ensure safety policies, PPE adherence, and conduct safety audits.
• Lead root-cause analysis with Quality on defects and warranty issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Andon, 5S, and other lean tools.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and production scheduling communication.
