Job summary

Brunswick Edgewater, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor III to lead daily production, drive safety and quality, and deliver on-time schedules. You will develop teams, manage performance, and partner with HR for staffing while implementing continuous improvement projects on the production floor.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and an associate degree. Relocation is available, with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Manage frontline employees and leads; staff to plan and interview for open roles.
• Ensure safety compliance, PPE adherence, audits, and corrective actions.
• Perform root-cause analysis with Quality; drive corrective actions.
• Lead CI efforts using tools like 5S, DMAIC, and process mapping.
• Oversee timekeeping, scheduling, and adherence to production plans.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams to resolve issues and optimize flow.
