Job summary

Accelerate Talent Group's Windsor, WI client is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee shift activities, drive productivity, maintain quality, and promote workplace safety.

The role focuses on supervising production staff, coordinating staffing and workflow, and supporting employee development while ensuring documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production specifications and use quality measurement tools.
• Forklift experience and knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees on assigned shift.
