Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN is seeking a #3 Press Operator to join the Core Publishing Solutions team on the 3rd shift. You will operate state-of-the-art offset and digital presses, perform setup and production tasks, and conduct quality checks to ensure client satisfaction.

In this role you may work overtime or weekends as needed. A $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $5.00/hour 3rd shift differential are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting with production machinery.
• Able to read production orders and use measuring tools with accuracy.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and PPE usage for machinery safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew on the press, perform setup and production activities.
• Read DSR and job specs, stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality check products, complete transactions, and tag/bundle outputs.
• Monitor equipment and document issues in relevant systems.
• Cover absences or breaks for Lead and Mid-Level Operators.
