Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring a 3rd Shift #2 Press Operator for our Eagan, Minnesota printing plant. You will operate state-of-the-art presses, perform setup tasks, monitor quality, and document activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems.

The role includes a $5.00/hr third-shift differential and a $2,500 bonus after 90 days in the role. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, leadership experience, and strong mechanical/technical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading and training others preferred.
• Industrial setting experience with production machinery required.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs and setup requirements.
• Perform or delegate setup tasks and monitor run quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues as needed.
• Record activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems.
