Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring a 1st shift Press Operator for our Eagan, Minnesota printing plant. You will operate state-of-the-art offset and digital presses, assist the crew, and ensure efficient production with quality control.

The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, potential overtime, and a focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork within the Core Publishing Solutions team. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial settings with production machinery is desirable.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills; able to read measurements.
• Familiar with electrical safety and PPE; follow machine instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist press crew with setup and production activities.
• Read DSR and job specs; stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality check products, bundle and tag for shipment.
• Fill in for Lead/Mid-Level Operators as needed; cover absences.
• Monitor equipment, maintain clean work area, document activities in Tier Boards/SAP.
