Job summary

Thomson Reuters Foundation in Eagan, MN is hiring a #3 Press Operator to join our Core Publishing Solutions team. You will operate state-of-the-art offset and digital presses, perform setup, run production, and help ensure on-time quality for diverse print jobs.

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits. You should have a high school diploma or higher and hands-on industrial experience with production machinery, safety, and basic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; vocational/technical preferred.
• Industrial experience with production machinery is strongly desired.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills; able to read measurements.
• Thorough understanding of electrical safety and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew on the press, perform setup and production activities.
• Prepare for jobs by reading the DSR, job specs, and staging materials.
• Quality-check products and complete transactions, bundling and tagging.
• Fill in for Lead/Mid-Level Operators as needed including covering absences.
• Monitor equipment, maintain clean work area, document activities in Tier Boards/SAP.
