Techmer PM in Dalton, GA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday). You will operate extrusion and mixing equipment to produce plastic compounds, following SOPs and quality specs.

The position starts at $20.00 per hour with shift differential, and includes medical benefits from day one, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid holidays and vacation, tuition reimbursement, and potential bonuses. Weekly pay applies for hourly staff.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extrusion experience highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently.
• Ability to learn plant equipment functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Operate key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures to protect personnel and facility.
• Engage in process measurement, control, and improvement of tasks.
• Learn operating parameters to ensure in-spec, high-quality product for customers.
