Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC in Dalton, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee safety and efficiency during nightly operations. You will lead manufacturing staff, enforce GMP and QMS practices, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Role requires coordinating scheduling, achieving on-time deliveries, and optimizing production metrics. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and substantial PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience with a Quality Management System in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; Lean tools knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production shift to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain 95% on-time deliveries and optimize scheduling/utilization.
• Enforce safety procedures; train and mentor staff.
• Lead Kaizen, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and quality standards.
