Job summary

Techmer PM in Clinton, TN is seeking a 3rd shift Machine Operator (11:00PM-7:30AM, Sun.-Thu.) to run extrusion and related equipment, producing plastic compounds for specialty applications. The role pays based on experience, with an added $1.50/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.

Benefits include medical options, an HSA contribution, Teledoc access, and a 401(k) with company match. Experience in extrusion and lifting 55 lbs frequently are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Extrusion experience is highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55lbs. frequently.
• Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications.
• Work safely by following standard operating procedures to protect yourself and coworkers.
• Learn and apply operating parameters to ensure in-spec, high-quality product for customers.
