Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extrusion experience highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently.
• Ability to learn plant equipment.
• Must follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds.
• Follow SOPs to ensure in-spec, high-quality product.
• Monitor process measurements and make adjustments.
• Support safety and housekeeping standards.
