Techmer PM, LLC in Dalton, GA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to run extrusion and related equipment. You will produce plastic compounds for specialty customer applications while adhering to SOPs and safety protocols.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn plant operations. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience with extrusion preferred; lifting up to 55 lbs is required.

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for our Dalton, Georgia facility.

• Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Training Schedule: Initial training will be conducted on the current rotating shifts:
  • 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or
  • 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Monday through Thursday
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour and up depending on experience + shift differential.

Job Purpose:

Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications. Works safely to protect themselves, their coworkers, and the facility by following all standard operating procedures. Engaged in process measurement, control, and improvement in all aspects of their assigned tasks. Learns and understands key operating parameters which ensure that only in specification and high-quality product is delivered to our customers.
