Job summary

Techmer PM is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the 2nd shift in Clinton, TN. You will operate extrusion and other manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for specialized customer applications, under safe, standardized procedures.

The role requires 2 years in manufacturing, with extrusion experience preferred. Pay starts at $18.50+/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential, with a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extrusion experience highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently.
• Ability to learn plant equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for customers.
• Follow standard operating procedures to work safely and efficiently.
• Engage in process measurement, control, and improvement in assigned tasks.
• Learn operating parameters to ensure in-spec, high-quality product is delivered.
