Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC in Clinton, Tennessee is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift (7:00AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri). Pay rate is $18.50 per hour and up based on experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extrusion experience highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55lbs. frequently.
• Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications.
• Work safely to protect yourself, coworkers, and the facility by following all standard operating procedures.
• Engage in process measurement, control, and improvement in assigned tasks.
• Learn and understand key operating parameters to ensure in-spec, high-quality products.
