Techmer PM is seeking a Machine Operator for its Dalton, GA facility on the 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with initial training on a shared schedule. Operate extrusion and mixing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique customer applications, following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Extrusion experience is highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules to protect self and coworkers.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust as needed to stay in spec.
• Learn operating parameters to ensure high-quality product delivery.
