Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Monroe, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, approx. 11:00pm–7:00am). Starting at $31.00 per hour including the premium shift differential.

The role covers installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of forms and labels machinery, with safety first and adherence to CMMS documentation. Experience with PLCs, 480V electrical systems, and high-speed print equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Able to read schematics and technical manuals for industrial equipment.
• Experience with three-phase electrical systems up to 480V and pneumatic/hydraulic controls.
• Strong safety focus with OSHA compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain forms and labels production machinery.
• Collaborate to create and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Perform scheduled PMs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Document labor hours, parts usage, and work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
