Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 for the Monroe, WI facility on 3rd shift (approx. 11:00pm–7:00am), starting at $31.00 per hour with a premium shift differential.

The Maintenance Mechanic will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain forms and labels machinery, ensure safe and efficient operation, and support preventative maintenance programs in a high-speed printing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance in printing/packaging or similar high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience diagnosing/repairing three-phase electrical systems up to 480V and mechanical drives.
• Ability to read schematics/technical manuals for industrial printing machinery.
• Strong safety focus; OSHA regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain forms and labels machinery.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance program with team.
• Perform scheduled PM on all production equipment.
• Respond to emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints for overhauls.
• Enter labor hours and parts usage into CMMS.
• Collaborate with operators to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and maintain clean work areas.
