Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join the Monroe, WI facility on 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am). The role concentrates on installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of forms and labels machinery to meet demanding production schedules.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in high-speed manufacturing, ability to read schematics, and troubleshoot electrical up to 480V; the position offers a $3 per hour shift differential and pay range

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance in high-speed manufacturing.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and manuals for industrial machinery.
• Commitment to OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair forms and labels machinery.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Perform scheduled PMs and unscheduled repairs of complex systems.
• Diagnose issues in mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic subsystems.
• Read electrical schematics and blueprints; ensure safe operation of equipment.
