RR Donnelley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 for Monroe, WI, on a 3rd shift (approx. 11:00pm to 7:00am) starting at $31.00 per hour including the premium shift differential.

You will maintain form and label machinery, collaborate on a Preventive Maintenance program, and ensure safe, efficient operation to meet production timelines. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in fast-paced manufacturing, strong electrical/mechanical diagnostic skills, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing three-phase electrical systems (up to 480V), mechanical drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic controls.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for industrial printing machinery.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain forms and labels machinery (presses, die-cutters, coaters, rewinders).
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program with Operations Manager.
• Perform scheduled PMs and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Work on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems up to 480V; diagnose complex issues.
• Read manuals and schematics; perform precision alignments and basic welding.
• Log work orders, labor hours, and parts in CMMS; ensure safety and cleanliness.
