Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations, greet guests, and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience during a full-time schedule (37-40 hours, potential 3rd shift).

You will supervise team members, assist with POS and gas station transactions, manage stock, monitor temperatures, and help ensure safety and compliance with laws and company policies. Prior retail service experience is helpful; willingness to work nights and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain safe, ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, and other dip side items; manage merchandise stock.
• Assist in POS and gas transactions, handle cash and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper temperature in the store.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned by management.
