Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader for the 3rd shift to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervise associates on duty, and ensure safe, efficient store operations in alignment with company policy. You will handle guest service, POS and gas console transactions, stock shelves, and monitor security and maintenance while meeting minimum physical requirements.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $13.50 to $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks and card transactions.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including 1st-, 2nd- or 3rd-shift.
• Ability to tolerate temperatures from -30°F to +33°F.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Supervise associates on duty and maintain store operations.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, handle cash and payments.
• Stock and face shelves, ensure dip cabinet and ice cream items are ready.
• Monitor security, perform drop procedures, and follow tobacco/alcohol controls.
• Maintain clean, organized store and equipment; complete time records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
