Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a #3 Bindery Operator to join our Core Publishing Solutions team. You will perform setup tasks, monitor equipment, troubleshoot and ensure quality while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role includes a 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am, potential overtime, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in role. We offer competitive benefits and development opportunities within a collaborative, justice-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical abilities with troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement concepts.
• Capable of reading and interpreting safety and maintenance texts.
• Experience with bindery equipment and related processes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs for materials and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment efficiency.
• Document activities and communicate during shifts and hand-offs.
• Participate in safety programs and contribute to continuous improvement.
