Thomson Reuters is hiring a #3 Press Operator for our Eagan, Minnesota printing plant. You will work on state‑of‑the‑art offset and digital web presses, ensuring smooth operation and quality across jobs. The role includes reading job specs, staging materials, and supporting the crew on the press.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial settings with production machinery is desirable.
• Strong mechanical and measurement skills; able to read rulers.
• Understand electrical safety and PPE usage; follow machine instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew on the press; perform setup and production activities on back-end of presses.
• Review DSR and job specs; stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality check products; bundle and tag results; complete transactions.
• Cover for Lead or Mid-Level Operators as needed.
• Monitor equipment and maintain clean, safe work area; document activity in systems (MII, SAP).
• Follow safety and environmental training and report hazards.
