Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a #3 Bindery Operator in Eagan, Minnesota to support the Core Publishing Solutions team. You will perform setup, monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, ensure product quality and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role offers a 3rd shift schedule (10:30pm–6:30am) with shift differentials, a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holidays and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Good mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Competent with rulers and measurement; able to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Performing set-up tasks and monitoring equipment.
• Troubleshooting issues and ensuring product quality.
• Communicating effectively during and after shifts; documenting activities.
• Participating in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• May use computer-based workflows to manage files (e.g., SAP, MII).
• Providing backup for other operators as needed; supporting process improvements.
