Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with ability to troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Competence with rulers and measurement.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with bindery/printing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and setup requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment for quality.
• Troubleshoot product or equipment issues as needed.
• Document activities on Tier Boards and in systems (MII, SAP).
• Provide backup for other operators and participate in safety programs.
