Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

This role serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong account management through proactive communication, order tracking, issue resolution, and relationship building. Responsibilities include coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring shipment milestones, updating systems, and collaborating with warehouse

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in 3PL and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong logistics background and customer service/account management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Korean language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Act as primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and relationship building.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and monitor shipment milestones.
• Update and maintain accurate system records; manage transportation logistics.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams; resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and train staff on SOPs and systems for new customers.
• Process orders through the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Handle high-volume communications via email, messaging apps, and phone.
• Other duties to support team and organization.
