Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a 3PL Client Account Manager to oversee end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

This role serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, orders tracking, issue resolution, and relationship building. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of 3PL and WMS experience, strong logistics background, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Korean language proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of 3PL experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client orders and inbound shipments.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and monitor shipment milestones.
• Maintain accurate system updates and invoicing timelines.
• Arrange transportation logistics and coordinate with warehouse/ops teams.
• Develop SOPs and onboard new customers.
