Job summary

CTK USA INC. is seeking a seasoned 3PL Operations Manager to oversee multi-client warehouse operations across sites. You will direct receiving, putaway, inventory control, order fulfillment, and returns while aligning goals with client SLAs and profitability.

You will lead Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Leads, partner with HR on recruitment, and drive improvements in WMS, process design, and KPI reporting to support P&L performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in 3PL warehousing with multi-client management.
• Proven SLAs/KPIs ownership and client relationship management.
• Experience leading multiple managers and shifts in a multi-client setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/Cal/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Direct overall 3PL site operations across client accounts.
• Set operational goals aligned with client requirements, growth and profitability.
• Lead and develop the Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Leads.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, performance management, and development.
• Own site-wide performance against SLAs and KPIs; maintain KPI dashboards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation for new clients.
