Job summary

Outsource Logistics, LLC is seeking a 3PL Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and customer accounts. The role focuses on handling orders, inventory coordination, and servicing customer inquiries to ensure on-time delivery and accurate information.

Key duties include managing account communications, processing orders in the WMS, coordinating inventory and shipments, and generating routine customer reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Experience in a 3PL operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and service requests.
• Coordinate inventory adjustments, cycle count inquiries, and discrepancy investigations.
• Process inbound and outbound orders accurately within the WMS.
• Monitor order flow to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment.
• Coordinate transportation and carrier communication as needed.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, damages, shortages, and inventory variances; escalate as needed.
