Job summary

CTK USA INC. seeks a capable 3PL Operations Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities for multiple clients. You will guide teams on receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, and inventory control while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound processes, manage labor, and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS and RF scanning tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or team lead experience in a 3PL warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Experience supporting multiple clients in a shared 3PL environment with client SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to manage staff across multi-shift teams.
• Thorough knowledge of receiving, putaway, picking/packing/shipping, inventory management, and WMS/RF operations.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple clients.
• Plan and assign daily work to balance labor across client accounts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS and RF scanners; verify receipts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Serve as point of contact for client operational questions and report KPIs.
