Job summary

CTK USA INC. is seeking a 3PL Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for multiple clients. You will guide a team through receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, and inventory control, ensuring all client SLAs and KPIs are met.

You will manage labor across shifts, coordinate with carriers, and drive continuous improvements in processes and safety. This role requires strong leadership, WMS proficiency, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or team lead experience in a 3PL warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Experience supporting multiple clients and working to client SLAs and KPIs.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff across multi-shift environments.
• Thorough knowledge of receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, shipping, inventory management and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple clients, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, pick/pack/ship, and returns.
• Plan and assign daily work to balance labor across client accounts based on order volume and priorities.
• Process inbound receipts, putaway, order release, picking, packing, and shipping using the WMS and RF scanners.
• Verify inbound shipments against ASNs/POs and document discrepancies.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with parcel and freight carriers to meet client shipping schedules.
