Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

This role acts as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional account management through proactive communication, order tracking, issue resolution, and relationship building. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of 3PL and WMS experience, a strong logistics background, customer service or account management

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 3PL and WMS environments is required.
• Fluent English; Korean is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client orders and inbound shipments.
• Coordinate warehouse operations and SOPs with teams.
• Onboard new customers and process orders through WMS.
• Maintain proactive client communications and track milestones.
• Resolve discrepancies and support high-volume inquiries.
