Job summary

CTK USA INC. seeks a 3PL Operations Manager to own site operations across multiple client accounts, leading Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Leads. You will drive labor planning, budgeting, WMS optimization, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage client relationships, SLA/KPI performance, and provide leadership to ensure high service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a 3PL warehouse or fulfillment environment, with at least 3 years in a multi‑client management role.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and SLAs/KPIs across accounts.
• Ability to lead and develop managers, supervisors, and team leads in a multi‑shift setting.
• Strong experience in labor planning, workforce management, and productivity improvements.
• Experience managing operating budgets and supporting P&L results.
• Experience leading onboarding and implementation for new clients in a 3PL.
• Experience with WMS implementations or optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, inventory control, and WMS/WMS‑related systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/Cal/OSHA and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong analytical/financial skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
• Ability to pass E‑Verify and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall 3PL site operations across multiple client accounts, including receiving, putaway, inventory control, replenishment, pick/pack/ship, and returns.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable the Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Leads; mentor future leaders and support succession planning.
• Own client relationships at the operations level and drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain site KPI dashboards and conduct regular performance reviews with leadership; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee labor planning, staffing, budgeting, and cost control; support P&L performance.
• Drive onboarding, WMS optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across layout and processes.
• Ensure OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance and prepare for client audits and regulatory inspections.
