Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Product Sales Development Manager in Michigan to accelerate adoption of the 3D Optical Product Center. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Global Product Management to translate customer needs into market-ready solutions and drive revenue growth.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure product messaging is aligned, and support training and go-to-market readiness across product lines. Occasional travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree in engineering or physics preferred.
• 5–8 years of Sales, Business Development, Application or Product Management in B2B capital equipment sales (machinery, metrology, inspection, microscopy or related).
• Demonstrated high level knowledge of the 3D Optical Product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and oversee portfolio-level funnel development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Product Management, Production, and regional teams to drive product launches and revenue.
• Provide training, enablement, and sales forecasts; support pricing and configurations.
