ZEISS is seeking a Product Sales Development Manager to drive commercial success within the 3D Optical Product Center. You will build technical confidence, demonstrate customer value, and act as portfolio advocate across the buyer’s journey, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

This role emphasizes market insight, training, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful launches and sustained market expansion.

Competenze

• 4-year degree in a technical discipline (engineering or physics preferred).
• 5-8 years of Sales, Business Development, Application or Product Management experience in a B2B capital equipment sales environment.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market penetration and achieve booking and revenue objectives.
• Oversee portfolio-level funnel development, product launch readiness, and commercial excellence across assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to understand customer needs and influence product management roadmaps.
• Provide forecasts and support sales calculations; enable sales partners to effectively sell the product line.
