Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Product Sales Development Manager (PSDM) in Charlotte, NC to drive the commercial success of the 3D Optical Product Center. The role focuses on building technical confidence and demonstrating customer value throughout the buyer’s journey.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Global Product Management, Production, and regional teams to develop growth strategies, plan go-to-market activities, and lead product launches. Willingness to travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in technical discipline (engineering or physics preferred).
• 5-8 years of Sales, Business Development, Application or Product Management experience in a B2B capital equipment sales environment.
• Demonstrated high level knowledge of 3D Optical Product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that expand market penetration and bookings for the Product Center.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Product Management, and regional teams to drive commercialization and product launches.
• Lead portfolio-level funnel development and forecast to achieve revenue objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure organizational alignment across product lines.
• Visit key customers and distributors to advance product adoption and value demonstration.
