ZEISS Group in the United States seeks a Product Sales Development Manager to advance the 3D Optical Product Center. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Global Product Management to drive growth, adoption, and revenue across assigned product lines.

You will manage funnel development, launch readiness, and cross-functional readiness while guiding senior stakeholders. You will be based in Michigan or North Carolina with up to 50% travel, bringing deep product knowledge and a strategic

Qualifications

4-year degree in engineering or physics preferred.
5-8 years of Sales, Business Development, Application or Product Management experience in a B2B capital equipment sales environment.
Demonstrated high level knowledge of 3D Optical Product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes growth strategies to expand market penetration and achieve booking and revenue objectives.
Oversees portfolio-level funnel development, product launch readiness, and commercial excellence.
Coordinates portfolio strategy and go-to-market activities across product lines.
Provides sales forecasts and enables sales channels to effectively sell the product line.
Leads cross-functional initiatives for organizational readiness and successful product launches.
