Job summary

ZEISS Group in the United States seeks a Product Sales Development Manager to drive commercial success for the 3D Optical Product Center. You will build technical confidence, demonstrate customer value, and accelerate adoption throughout the buyer’s journey.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams to shape market messaging, support launches, and ensure alignment across product lines. Travel and high-pressure sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical discipline (engineering or physics preferred).
• 5-8 years of Sales, Business Development, Application or Product Management in B2B capital equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market penetration.
• Oversee funnel development, launches, and commercial excellence for product lines.
• Coach and enable sales channels with product messaging and training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Product Management on pricing and quotes.
• Regularly visit key customers and distributors to drive revenue growth.
