Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Product Sales Development Manager to drive commercial success for the 3D Optical Product Center. You will build technical confidence, demonstrate customer value, and accelerate product adoption throughout the buyer’s journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Product Management, Production, and Regions to grow market share and revenue while aligning product lines and launching new opportunities. Expect travel and remote collaboration across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical discipline (engineering or physics preferred).
• 5-8 years of Sales, BD, application or product management in B2B capital equipment.
• Demonstrated high level knowledge of 3D Optical Product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies to expand market penetration and revenue.
• Coordinate portfolio strategy, investment priorities, and go-to-market activities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for product launches and readiness.
• Provide sales forecasts and enable channel partners to sell effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Product Management, and Regions.
