• 2+ years agency recruiting experience.
• Experience handling multiple searches across industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle direct-hire searches from intake to offer.
• Recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Partner with T&C team to identify new opportunities.
