Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking an Operations Development Specialist to join our three-year U.S. rotational leadership program.

The program builds manufacturing operations, engineering and supply chain leadership through hands-on assignments across multiple plant locations. In years 1–2 you will rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain projects aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery and cost while applying lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
• Must be a U.S. person for export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotating leadership program across U.S. manufacturing plants.
• Work in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support leadership development with progressively responsible assignments.
