Thomson Reuters Foundation is seeking a #2 Press Operator for the Eagan, Minnesota plant. This mid-level role operates offset and digital web presses and includes a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days in the role.

The position offers 1st shift from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include setup, monitoring, and documentation across SAP/MII systems, with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others is required.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and production orders.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment during the job run.
• Document activities on Tier Boards and in systems (MII, SAP).
• Provide work direction and training to others as needed.
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe work culture.
