Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead our Warehouse & Logistics team. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive cost-effective practices, and report to the Operations Manager.

This full-time role runs 2nd shift with a 6am-4:30pm Sunday-Wednesday on site. You will supervise shipments, inventory, and scheduling while mentoring staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Experience with warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, shipping).
• Ability to supervise, train, and give performance feedback across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions including shipments, inventory, and production schedules.
• Supervise staff, provide training and feedback, resolve employee issues.
• Monitor activity, track KPIs, ensure safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
